| Due to the high volume of declined credit cards after orders are processed and customers canceling boxed orders we have had to make the following policy: Any DECLINED credit card will result in a $25 charge. Any returned checks will result in a $100 charge. Any checks received not properly filled out (no signature, date, etc.) will result in a $25 charge. We felt that we could have raised our prices to cover the labor and cost of authorizing EVERY credit card before packaging, but this would have been unfair to those customers with proper payments. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge, even if not shipped. |

| On UNINSTALLED products or unopened cartridges. Product needs to be in new condition and re-sellable off the shelf. Warranty does not apply to wholesalers. Wholesalers may only return defective products for warranty. No refunds to wholesalers. |
