Q. How do you get your prices so low? Are they imperfections? A. They are not imperfections. These are the same quality components that you would pay up to three and a half times higher for elsewhere. We keep minimal stock at our local shipping outlet, which allows us to pass our low overhead savings on to you. Q. Why is there a three week lead time? A. Customers place orders for non-stocked items during week one. DIY places single bulk orders from the warehouses at the beginning of week two. These components are delivered at the end of week two. Units are assembled and units and components are shipped at the beginning of week three. You should receive your order in three weeks from order date. Q. What if I need a non-stocked item in less than three weeks? A. Then you will have to order from another company and pay a much higher price. |
